Matthew Ray is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He has helped us buy and sell a house and I'd recommend him to anyone. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal and thinks of everything with your best interest in mind. He is very easy to contact and always responds quickly. We will not use anyone else to help us buy or sell a home!

I am not one to post reviews and this is the second one I have ever posted. With that being said, I find it very important that I share my home buying experience with Heather Childers. My wife and I were fortunate to have Heather recommended to us. Having purchased several homes over the years, I had certain expectations, certain wants, needs and definitely certain things I did not want. Meeting Heather for the first time, it didn't take very long to realize she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and obviously intent on making sure we would be happy and satisfied. To say we looked at quite a few houses would be an understatement. Heather was in constant communication with us, sending us multiple listings that she felt " checked the boxes" and also did the research on listings my wife and I found and scheduled viewings for us. Heather always " did her homework" and had packages ready for us to review prior to and during our tours. As our search narrowed, one thing I noticed about Heather is she would remind us of our original desires and wishes we expressed to her when we first met. It became apparent that Heather was determined to find us the home we desired, our happiness and satisfaction were her top priority no matter how long the search continued. After we found the home we had truly desired, Heather worked tirelessly to advocate for us, negotiate for us and stay on top of every detail during the process. Meeting at the property to hand us the keys, I felt Heather was as Happy as we were ! Five stars is the highest rating I am permitted to give on this site, multiply the five stars by 100 and that would be the starting point of my satisfaction.
